NOTE: Strict social distancing will still be observed; hence four (4) Parents/Guardians will be accommodated per hour in Stations 1 and 2, at the Guidance Center and Accounting. Please get your number from the guard. We apologize but you cannot proceed to any of the stations if you do not have the right number and color assigned for each station.
- For Old Students, once you have claimed the Report Card and you decide to enroll, go back to the Guard to get your RED Appointment Number. Once it is your time schedule, proceed to -
Station 2 - Registration
Station 2A – Assessment
Station 3 - Order Books and School Supplies
Station 4 - Order Uniform
Station 5 – Cashier (Payments only)
- For New Students, to INQUIRE/FOLLOW UP; or to SUBMIT REQUIREMENTS to the REGISTRAR- Inform the guard that you will go to STATION 1 and get a WHITE Appointment Number then proceed only to Station 1.
- For SCHEDULED ENTRANCE TEST or INTERVIEW – Inform the guard that you will go to the Guidance Center and get a BLUE Appointment Number then proceed to the Guidance Office for further instructions.
- If NOTIFIED FOR ENROLMENT - get a RED Appointment Number from the guard then proceed to Station 2 and so on…
For CASHIER or ACCOUNTING OFFICE CONCERNS, get a GREEN Appointment Number
from the guard before you proceed with your transaction.
For FURTHER CLARIFICATIONS – Go back to the guard and get a WHITE Appointment Number.
Please make sure that alll needed information are obtained and transactions are completely done before leaving each station to avoid repeating the process.
