Releasing of books on site will resume on August 22, 2020 (Saturday) 8:00 – 4:00 PM

PICK UP OPTION:
1. Bring proof of payment such as:
- Official receipt
- Credit Memo
- Confirmation of payment from the accounting office
2. Proceed to Canteen to pick up your books

Don't forget to bring your own reusable bag when you claim the books.
If you have child/children from other levels, you may claim it at once.

DELIVERY OPTION:
Send a request for delivery thru the following options:

c. telephone – 76219062 or 34307822

Indicate the following:
- Complete name of Parent/Guardian
- Name of child/ren and level
- Payment details
- Delivery address

You will be contacted be the courier for delivery instructions. Please note that delivery fees will be at the account of the parent.
