Dear Esteemed Parents/Guardians,
Greetings of peace in the name of Jesus, the Good Shepherd!
Please be informed that the SECOND PERIODIC EXAMINATIONS will be administered on January 9, 10, and 11, 2024 (Tuesday - Thursday). Kindly be guided by the following important reminders:
- Learners will only bring small bags during examination days. Do not forget to remind your child/ward to bring the test permit issued by the Accounting Office since this will be inspected by the exam proctor. Please take note that class advisers will issue the test permits of learners who are cleared with their balance on January 8, Monday.
- The school implements the “no permit, no exam policy.” If a learner is unable to take the exams on the regular schedule due to non-payment of tuition fee, the concerned exams shall be administered to the learner on January 17, 18, and 19, 2024 at Php 50.00 per subject. This amount shall be automatically charged to the account of the learner.
- A learner who is unable to take the exams during the regular schedule due to sickness or other health reason will be scheduled to take special exam upon his/her return to school and upon presentation of valid medical certificate and clearance from the school nurse.
- In case of suspension of classes by the Department of Education (DepEd) or by the Local Government Unit (LGU), the exams scheduled on the day when classes are cancelled shall be administered on the last day. The schedule of exams for the succeeding day will thus be observed.
