Today, we joyfully commemorate the 100th Birth Anniversary of Rev. Msgr. Fidelis Ruben F. Limcaco, the visionary founder and first School Director of Good Shepherd Cathedral School.
As we celebrate his centennial, we honor a life dedicated to God, education, and the formation of young minds and hearts. Through his unwavering faith, visionary leadership, and commitment to Catholic education, he laid the foundation upon which generations of Shepherds continue to grow in wisdom, faith, and service.
His legacy lives on in every classroom, every learner, every educator, and every member of the GSCS community who continues the mission he began.
